2020 Virtual Tutorial Compilation
During 2020, when instruction could not be conducted in-studio, Amanda produced monthly virtual movement classes. These classes were streamed live on social media first, where some of the videos are still available to watch for FREE. Available for purchase at Pay-What-You-Can rates, these are higher quality recordings covering the material presented in each class in greater detail. After payment, receive the direct YouTube link to the videos, to practice with whenever you want.
Pay-What-You-Can for access to the library. Access does not expire, but students are encouraged to consider how long they may use the library and how many videos they have reviewed. Recommended $5 per routine, or $20 for everything.
The Monthly Virtual Classes included a combination of warm-ups, technical exercises, and choreography. In this special compliation, get all of the new choreography tutorial videos from 2020, but none of the warm-ups.
Difficultly level is intermediate, but modifications to simplify the choreography are usually discussed and demonstrated. A confident beginner dancer, with the benefit of replaying the videos as needed, would likely be comfortable running these routines as a workout.
All of the movement phrases consider the limitations of moving at home - low impact, limited turning, traveling, and jumping. Most of these phrases are designed to repeat with the music so you will be moving for an entire song by the end of the class. There are 10 videos total averaging 30 minutes per video, for a total of 5 hours of instruction.
